ADMISSIONS PROCESS AT THE CAMBRIDGE SCHOOL
An Enquiry Form is the initial requirement for seeking admission and can be obtained from the school office on any weekday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Alternatively, it can be downloaded from the bottom of this page. The duly filled Enquiry form needs to be submitted at the school office.
Parents will be informed if the prospective student clears the age eligibility criteria for admissions.
Please note that the Enquiry Form is different from the Application Form.
Upon clearing the admission test and oral test for nursery, LKG, and UKG, an Admission form needs to be filled and submitted to the school office along with the required documents:
1. Duly filled and signed Admission Form
2. Four passport-size colour latest photographs of the child with the student's name and class written on the back of each photo.
3. Photocopy of the Date of Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any competent authority)
4. Photocopy of the child's Aadhar Card
5. Record Sheet in original and Bonafied Certificate copy from the previous school for class 1 to 6 admissions
6. Transfer Certificate (TC) in original and Bonafied Certificate copy from the previous school for admission into class 7.
7. Photocopy of the report card.
Cambridge School firmly believes that personal interaction with the prospective student and parents/guardians is crucial. We meet with every parent who applies to ensure that the school is a good fit for the child and the family.
Once admission has been confirmed, and your child has been offered a place at the school, the school fee needs to be paid within 3 working days. Failure to pay the fee on time may result in the seat being offered to another student.
Students seeking admission will have to meet the stipulated age requirement for admission at Cambridge School.
The required age limit is as follows:
Nursery – 3 years
LKG – 4 years
UKG – 5 years
CLASS 1 – 6 years
And so on.
FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS
Admissions will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. If no seats are available, the application will be placed on a hold list, and parents will be informed as soon as a seat becomes available.
